IceVox
IceVox is a free, open-source tool for real-time voice effects and peer-to-peer voice chat in gaming and roleplay. It runs on Windows, Android, and the web, and users on those platforms can join the same room. Voice controls include pitch shift, echo, tremolo, vibrato, distortion, chorus, and reverb. The app provides 10 character presets and three slots for custom voices. Users create a room and share its link; peer-to-peer voice chat supports up to six participants. Optional peer-to-peer video calls open in a separate window with adaptive quality. IceVox also lists text chat, file sharing up to 10 MB, invite links, loopback monitoring, and system-tray controls. Processed audio can be routed through VB-Cable for use with Discord and games. It supports system-wide mode and is maintained by a solo developer through donations under the MIT license.
