A ready-made Uniconta add-on supports paying, approving, and reconciling in the Uniconta Windows client. Sandbox use is free and unlimited, and the first 10 production payments are free with no card or time limit. Monthly plans are 100.00 EUR, 250.00 EUR, and 500.00 EUR, excluding VAT.
