In their own words

BankRecon

BankRecon is web-based reconciliation software for gas and welding distributors and accounting teams. It applies configured matching rules first, then shows AI-ranked suggestions for unmatched transactions for a person to review and approve. Approved matches can become permanent rules for future periods. Users upload bank statements as .xlsx or .csv files, with date, amount, and description columns detected automatically; the service does not retrieve bank data through direct credentials. General-ledger exports from QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Xero, and other systems can be imported, while Pro and Enterprise add direct ERP integration. Every action appears in a per-user audit trail, and closed periods are permanently locked. The privacy policy describes TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, and Microsoft Azure hosting. Pricing is on request. Plans cover one to 50-plus users and varying entity, account, and transaction volumes.

OneCap

OneCap is a web-based financial reconciliation platform for enterprise finance teams. It validates and reconciles transactions across ERPs, marketplaces, payment channels and banks, covering supplier and customer ledgers, bank and payment gateway records, inter-company accounts, card settlements, GL, nostro, treasury and payments. Its Ask mode handles natural-language financial queries, Run mode supports recurring finance processes, and Reconcile mode focuses on reconciliation. Matching rules can account for tolerances, reference priorities, grouping, partial settlements, chargebacks and timing differences; they can also improve from resolved exceptions. OneCap classifies exceptions by likely accounting cause and recognizes reversals, accruals, adjustments and carry-forward balances. It can ingest financial files and feeds including bank statements, PDFs, emails, portal exports and APIs. Named integrations include TallyPrime, Zoho Books, Odoo, ERPNext and Focus. The service offers 10 free ledger reconciliations without a credit card; paid plan prices are custom quotes. OneCap says financial data is encrypted with AES-256, connections use TLS 1.3, and its infrastructure runs on AWS.
