Banner Maker Pro
Banner Maker Pro is a free Windows application for creating web banner ads, Facebook banners, buttons, headers, animated GIFs, logos, and other web graphics. Users can choose custom image sizes, add or crop images and logos, resize them, and blend them with transparency. Finished graphics can be saved as GIF, JPEG, or PNG files. The maker lists more than 120 one-step animations and over 800 backgrounds and standalone images. Text tools provide borders, three shadow styles, angled or circular text, installed computer fonts, and Unicode support. Export options include HTML for placing a banner on a website, a rotator containing up to 10 images, and mouse-over effects. Output has no watermark. The listed plan costs nothing and allows unlimited banner making. The app requires Windows 10 or above and 12 MB of disk space. Facebook does not accept GIFs, so animated banners must be exported as PNG or JPEG there. Help includes in-app instructions, an F1 file, FAQs, tutorials, and contact support.
