Bannersnack
Bannersnack is a browser-based design platform for static banners, animated HTML5 ads, and rich media ads; it does not require an app installation. Designs can be resized across more than 50 sizes and exported as HTML5, AMPHTML, MP4, GIF, PNG, JPG, or PDF. Teams can share workspaces, comment, manage approvals, and sort projects with statuses and labels. The pricing comparison lists 5,000+ design templates, 2,000+ animated templates, 3,000+ visual elements, and over one million stock photos. Plans include help-center and live-chat access, while Plus adds priority support. The free plan is available indefinitely but is capped at 10 designs total and excludes HTML5, GIF, and MP4 export as well as video uploads. Paid plans start at $7 per month with annual billing, and a seven-day trial is listed. The maker describes the service as GDPR-committed and says data is processed in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. It also says SSO and customer two-factor authentication are not yet supported.

TweenUI is a web-based builder for animated HTML5 banner ads and advertising campaigns. Its drag-and-drop editor lets users create banners without writing code and combine animations beyond entry and exit effects. Banners can scale for mobile, tablet, and desktop displays while keeping their aspect ratio, and template-based feed banners can update text and images dynamically. Finished creatives can be downloaded as HTML5, AMPHTML, MP4 video, or animated GIF. Users can upload TrueType or OpenType fonts; only the characters used are included in the final banner. TweenUI says its banners support Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Sizmek, DoubleClick for Publishers, Campaign Manager, and Bid Manager. Cloud Publish hosts banners and supports real-time updates through republishing; Professional users instead download and host their own banners. The Personal plan is free for personal, non-business use. Professional costs $29 a month, Professional + cloud $49 a month, and Business $199 a month.
