In their own words
Bar Cop
Bar Cop is web-based inventory and management software for independent bars and restaurants. It tracks bar and kitchen counts, usage, variance, costs, pour costs, deliveries, and weekly operating figures; order sheets fill automatically. Its back-office tools cover sales, cost and labor reporting, audits, scheduling, cash control, menu costing, event bookings, books, and forecasting. Users import point-of-sale reports as CSV or Excel files, including reports from Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Aloha, and Clover; no POS connection or API key is required. One subscription covers the team, with permissions by section and no per-seat fees. Each bar has a separate subscription, though locations can be managed from one login. Bar Cop offers one version with all features. It costs $149 a month per bar, or 124 /mo when billed yearly at $1,488. A 30-day trial requires no credit card. The maker describes it as an operational tool, not accounting, payroll, legal, or tax software.
iammi
iammi is a paid SaaS platform for the operational and administrative management of restaurants and food-service businesses. It brings revenue, costs, food cost, waste, staffing and KPI data together for performance monitoring. The system calculates food cost by dish and flags lower-profitability dishes or greater waste risks. It helps organize shifts and alerts users to costly or poorly distributed schedules; inventory tools flag low stock and products nearing expiry. A WhatsApp assistant can answer questions about performance, capture invoices from photos, update inventory from voice messages and alert users to anomalies. iammi connects with restaurant cash-register systems and the tax drawer, and says it will integrate an unsupported register for free during onboarding. Multiple locations can be managed from a centralized dashboard; two or more locations receive a custom Enterprise offer. It runs on Android, iOS and the web, and works on smartphones through a browser without installation. A possible free trial is mentioned, but no duration is specified.
