In their own words
Bardeen
Bardeen automates repetitive work and manages data across tools for go-to-market teams. The web and browser-extension platform supports multi-step workflows, website scraping with export to other tools or CSV, web searches for leads and other information, and lead enrichment with validated phone numbers and email addresses. Its AI tools can qualify leads and generate content automatically. Named integrations include Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Apollo.io. The free plan provides 100 credits per billing period, and unused credits expire when that period ends. Each scraper, web-search or AI-tool row uses one credit; enrichment rows use three, while utilities are free. Basic costs $10 a month for 100 credits, and Premium costs $50 a month for 1,000 credits. Bardeen says connected app data stays in local browser storage rather than its cloud servers, except for its enterprise Workflow Intelligence Platform. That platform is an enterprise-only feature for the highest subscription tier.
UseAgent
UseAgent provides AI coworkers that research, prepare reports, and handle follow-ups using company knowledge and connected tools. Teams can add documents and instructions, review proposed knowledge before sharing it, and optionally use team memory. Agents can run recurring workflows hourly, daily, or weekly and post results to Slack. They can also create editable DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX files for export to Office or PDF. The cloud plan lists Chat, OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, and Pi as agent engines. Integrations include GitHub, Slack, Linear, Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, MCP servers, and PostgreSQL. GitHub access currently supports reading pull requests, issues, and commits; write operations are marked as coming soon. Agents work in isolated Linux environments, and teams can inspect saved requests, tool calls, approvals, and results. Users can require approval before sensitive actions. Cloud and self-host plans are free, but users supply their own AI provider keys and providers bill for model usage and computer time. Bots and routines are planned for self-host v0.0.4, while the public repository is at v0.0.3.
