Its ATS handles job posts, interview scheduling, offers, a careers page and pipeline management. Recruiters set job criteria for CV parsing and applicant ranking, which Equip says does not use credits. Assessment options include quizzes, programming, communication, psychometric, SQL, Excel, CSS, typing and custom tests. Candidates can submit one-way video, audio or text responses, or take part in a conversational interview with an AI bot. Assessments and interviews can be created without a stated quantity limit, with charges applying per candidate who takes them. AI proctoring monitors camera, microphone and screen during assessments on every plan. REST APIs support candidate invitations, results retrieval and pipeline management from a customer’s own ATS or internal system. Equip says its AI supports recruiters rather than making hiring decisions autonomously. A free ATS plan is available; paid plans start at $30 a month.
