In their own words
MediaSilo
MediaSilo is a collaborative workspace for managing, reviewing, sharing, and presenting creative video projects. Teams can organize assets by project, folder, and metadata, then use tags and metadata-driven search to find files. Review tools support time-coded comments and side-by-side version comparisons across video, still images, and documents such as scripts and contracts. External review links do not use paid seats; viewers can view or download files without an account, or register for a free Reviewer account to comment and approve. Spotlight provides presentation pages, custom templates, automatic publishing and updates, access controls, and audience analytics. Listed integrations include FLOW, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Zapier, among others, plus a REST API for custom apps and workflow automation. The DaVinci Resolve integration is not available for the free Resolve Studio offering. MediaSilo lists SOC 2 Type 2 certification, multifactor authentication, passwordless login, role-based permissions, and visible and forensic watermarking. Desktop apps are available for Mac and Windows, and mobile apps for iOS and Android, alongside web access. Plans start at $15 a month; a 14-day trial is offered, with no free plan.
