Bassets eDepreciation

Bassets eDepreciation tracks fixed assets and calculates depreciation for historical, current, and future periods. It manages costs, acquisitions, tax savings, transfers, and disposals, and supports calculations including MACRS, Alt MACRS, Declining Balance, Section 179 Deduction, and Adjustment to Basis. The software provides more than 20 standard reports, SQL report writing, and exports to Excel, Crystal, Adobe PDF, Word, and RTF. It can convert spreadsheets and data from other fixed-asset systems, and export records for General Ledger Accounting software. The vendor says it supports IFRS standards and updates systems for tax and compliance law changes. It runs on web and Windows with hybrid deployment. Compact costs $9.99 a month per user for up to 5,000 assets; Standard costs $19.99 a month per user for up to 20,000 assets and includes optional modules and state tax reporting; Enterprise costs $29.99 a month per user, with unlimited records and variable pricing based on asset volume. A 14-day trial has the full-featured version but is limited to 100 records. There is no free plan.
