In their own words

Batch Resize

Batch Resize is an iOS and macOS app for changing multiple images to a chosen pixel size. Its current App Store listing says it can resize up to 500 images at once. Users can choose fixed width, fixed height, maximum pixel, aspect fill or aspect fit, then save results to Camera Roll or a custom album. Maximum output dimensions are 4000 × 4000 pixels on 32-bit devices and 8000 × 8000 pixels on 64-bit devices. The listing names English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Spanish. Batch Resize is free to download and contains advertising; a 34.99 USD once in-app purchase removes ads. The developer indicates usage data may be used to track users and collected for third-party advertising and analytics, though Apple says this disclosure has not been verified by Apple.

Fotosizer

Fotosizer is a Windows application for resizing and processing batches of photos and images. The free Standard Edition download supports resizing, rotation, renaming, watermarking, and image optimization, with preset-based batch automation. Resize controls include percentage, custom dimensions, one-side resizing, padding, aspect-ratio preservation, and cropping. It handles TIFF, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, WMF, EMF, and WEBP, including animated GIFs and multipage TIFFs. In Windows File Explorer, users can select images and open Fotosizer from the right-click context menu. Professional Edition adds text and image watermarks, color adjustments, rounded corners, and completion actions. The download page lists Windows XP through Windows 11 in 32-bit and 64-bit versions; the shop says there are no Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or Chromebook versions. Fotosizer is available in 35 languages. Its privacy policy says device and crash information is collected only if an application error occurs and the user elects to send a report. Purchases are handled by FastSpring, and Fotosizer says it does not receive customers’ credit card details. Professional lifetime licenses include free updates and future new versions.
