In their own words
BatchLine
BatchLine is a web-based manufacturing execution system for pharmaceutical and other GxP-regulated operations. It digitizes production, quality, and compliance workflows, replacing paper batch records with electronic production records. Automated formulas, lists, time calculations, and in-process controls support these workflows. Production teams can schedule orders, track progress, and work simultaneously on a batch. Quality teams receive real-time dashboards and workflows for batch review and approval. BatchLine provides batch traceability, recipe management, and audit trails. Integrations use MQTT, REST APIs, file exchange, and IoT edge devices to connect ERP, document management, equipment, and laboratory systems. The cloud-native service runs on Microsoft Azure and requires internet access plus a browser-capable device. Customers can choose multi-tenant cloud hosting or a virtual private cloud with dedicated resources. Listed security measures include encryption, access controls, threat monitoring, audits, and data isolation. Compliance support covers US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and US FDA and EU GMP requirements. Subscriptions include qualification reports and risk-based validation templates; separate validation services are offered. Pricing is on request.
