BCompliant
BCompliant is web-based compliance software paired with services for property owners and managers. Its monitoring portal follows building complaints, violations, and deadlines across a portfolio, including matters involving FDNY, DOB, DOT, ECB, DSNY, and HPD. Users can receive email or push alerts, view portfolio reports and historical data, apply filters, and follow reminders with suggested next steps. A back-office compliance team coordinates recurring inspections, filings, deadlines, and follow-ups. The company also offers an in-house violation team that represents clients with city agencies to remediate violations and seek reduced or erased fines. Annual safety mailings organize tenant notices, delivery and response tracking, reminders, reports, and affidavits of mailing. Monitoring reminders synchronize with email. Monitoring does not perform corrective work or agency filings, while hearing attendance and violation resolution may carry an additional fee. Pricing is set in a signed Purchase and Subscription Order, with demos offered to prospects.
LLCR
LLCR is a web-based compliance record for self-managing UK landlords to track property obligations, keep evidence histories, and export compliance documents. It tracks Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO licences, and other items, calculating expiry dates automatically where possible. Smart Document Capture can extract dates, certificate numbers, and engineer details from PDFs, scans, or photographed certificates for review before saving. Landlords can log rent payments and export a timestamped Court-Ready Rent Ledger PDF showing payment history and arrears. The Compliance Defence Pack creates an indexed evidence bundle with audit-chain status and verification data. LLCR says compliance actions are hash-chained and daily summaries anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. It also offers email reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry, Telegram alerts, and iCal sync. The record is intended to support integrity of information held in the service; it does not guarantee court or council acceptance or prove obligations were met. The free plan costs nothing and includes one active property and 500MB storage.
