FLIP also offers global study groups, real-time study activity, a discussion board, and school rankings; users can share study totals on social networks including Facebook and Instagram. The app is free to download with ads and in-app purchases. Monthly Premium Membership costs $0.99 a month; 6 Months Premium Membership costs 4.99 USD per 6 months; Yearly Premium Membership costs $8.99 a year. Premium makes goals, groups, to-do lists, D-days, study schedules, and themes unlimited, and adds a timetable, weekly and monthly reports, and backup and restore. The Google Play listing says FLIP is more effective when used with UBhind. Its privacy disclosures say the app may share location and app activity data, may collect personal information and messages, and reports that data is not encrypted.
