Its inbox accepts emailed tasks, forwarded threads, and replies that keep work moving. Answers in threads include links to the records used. Listed integrations include Slack, Notion, Linear, Gmail, HubSpot, Drive, GitHub, and Shopify, with additional connections available through MCP servers. Beagle uses each teammate’s existing OAuth permissions and says it accesses only what that person can access. Reads, writes, denials, and approvals are recorded in a tenant audit log. Meeting capture is manual; users may paste Copilot or other AI-generated summaries and select action items themselves, but a direct integration is not described. A live dashboard groups task status by employee, priority, and deadline. Doer can export PDF status reports and task lists to Excel. It is listed for web, Android, and iOS. The maker says the service is hosted on Google Cloud Mumbai and stores structured text only, with no file attachments.
