In their own words
Bearberry
Bearberry is a hosted mortgage CRM for loan officers, broker shops, and branches. It brings borrower and referral partner management together with a loan pipeline, forecasts, reports, automations, and follow-up tools. Rate watch monitors closed loans and can identify past clients who may benefit from refinancing when rates fall below their current rate. Scenario Desk answers mortgage guideline questions and provides sources. Leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, LendingTree, and Facebook can feed into the system; other listed connections include Zapier, Make, n8n, and webhooks. Its REST API and signed webhooks support record creation, updates, deletions, and stage changes. Bearberry describes security controls including TLS in transit, encrypted stored credentials, document keys protected by Google Cloud KMS, and workspace isolation. It says its controls map to ISO 27001 Annex A but that it is not certified, and describes support for several privacy and financial safeguards frameworks. Starter costs $49 per seat per month, or $39 billed annually; a 14-day trial requires human review and excludes AI assists until a paid plan begins.
