Credisense Trade Credit

Credisense Trade Credit is web software for managing trade account applications, credit decisions and ongoing account oversight across New Zealand and Australia. Branded online forms collect applications, guarantor details, trading names and supporting documents. The platform checks bureau, company, director, identity and AML/KYB information in real time, then scores results against policy to recommend credit limits and terms. Approved accounts can be created in an ERP, with agreed terms and limits written back. After approval, teams can schedule reviews, adjust limits and receive alerts about adverse signals. Workflows coordinate approvals and documents and can hand off to collections when needed. Connections span credit bureaus, identity and biometric providers, financial and property data, verification services and workflow systems; named connections include Equifax, Centrix, illion, Experian, CreditorWatch, GBG, DocuSign, ASIC and NZ Companies Office. The platform states that it uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and audit controls. It also supports maker-and-checker controls and auditable, reconstructable decisions. Pricing is on request.
