In their own words
Beeline
Beeline is a workforce-management platform for organizations coordinating contingent workers, staffing suppliers and shift-based labor. Its products address visibility, cost management and compliance across an extended workforce. Beeline Enterprise automates contingent-worker sourcing and management from sourcing through invoicing, including statements of work, non-employee tracking and vendor oversight. Beeline Professional is a vendor-management system for mid-sized companies and smaller programs; the company says it can go live in as little as 30 days without IT resources. JoinedUp combines shift scheduling, distribution, attendance, rate calculation and invoicing in a real-time system for shift work. Access is provided through the web and APIs, with REST APIs, data feeds, extracts, connectors, reporting services and integration services. Beeline lists connections with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Kronos and Okta. It states that APIs support 1,000 calls per minute per endpoint and that its developer portal exposes more than 300 APIs. Contractor onboarding, agreement management, compliance management and HRIS integrations are available.
Talient
Talient is Workwell’s web-based vendor management system for contingent workforce programs. Companies can request, view, and manage employer-of-record, recruited, and contractor talent. The platform centralizes candidate review, onboarding workflows, approvals, requirements, and progress tracking. Workers enter time online or use a timeclock, while workers and managers can handle timesheets, expenses, and overtime calculations for US and Canadian workers. Managers receive real-time workforce data and can filter assignments by country, client, account, or recruiter. Hierarchical roles provide permissions for team members. Workwell lists integrations with Workday, SAP, Sisense, ADP, Tableau, Oracle, Coupa, Slack, and single sign-on. Managers can use mobile devices, tablets, or desktop browsers. Talient supports EOR engagements in the US and Canada, with additional regions through USD or direct client billing. Workwell describes monthly internal audits, quarterly client reviews, and supplier compliance audits. Pricing is on request.
