Belle Software
Belle Software combines scheduling, client records, finance, marketing, automation, WhatsApp and AI for aesthetic and dental clinics. Appointment management covers professionals, rooms and equipment to help prevent conflicts. Clinics can create customized anamnesis forms, track client histories and use dental charts and orofacial harmonization features. Finance tools cover accounts, cash flow, profit and loss, closing and delinquency management. AI features include audio transcription and summaries, WhatsApp assistance, report interpretation, invoice and boleto data entry, and answers about revenue, sales and appointments. BelleMessage is an optional add-on for automating appointment confirmations, reminders, surveys, birthday messages and payment reminders. The browser-based service needs no installation; professional and client apps are accessed by link. The professional app includes finance, scheduling, records and indicators, while clients can schedule, purchase and receive notifications. All plans include unlimited administrator and reception users, client records, room and equipment records, data storage and remote support. A 14-day trial requires neither a credit card nor software installation. Available appointment calendars depend on the plan; monthly plans require 30 days' notice to cancel, and SMS costs R$0.12 per message.
MERIDIQ
