Benefitfocus
Benefitfocus provides benefits-administration software for employers, health plans, brokers and the people they support. Employees use a personalized portal to compare plans, receive claims-based decision support, manage contributions and dependents or beneficiaries, and access benefits year-round. APIs support integrations, including pre-integrations with HCM and payroll providers; insurance data can use LIMRA LDEx file or API exchange. The mobile app handles enrollment, life events, document submission, shopping and secure messaging, while some health claims features require Health Insights.
