BestText is a business messaging platform for SMS, MMS, and ringless voicemail, with tools for campaign automation, audience targeting, and two-way conversations. AI triggers can answer frequently asked questions and route replies, while drip campaigns send messages on a schedule. Dynamic merge fields and audience segments support personalized messages; MMS can carry pictures and video. Teams can assign, tag, and answer incoming messages in a shared inbox. Keyword opt-ins support text-to-join, double opt-in, and instant autoresponders. Reporting includes delivery by carrier, clicks, replies, opt-outs, voicemail listens, and callbacks. For bulk ringless voicemail, users can send through a REST API or CSV, and routing can be tuned with read-only call-tracking data. BestText says it registers customer brands and campaigns directly with The Campaign Registry for 10DLC. It offers onboarding, campaign and deliverability guidance, and compliance paperwork assistance.
