Betterworks is an HR platform connecting employee goals, feedback, skills, and talent intelligence. Its Performance plan includes goals and OKRs, feedback, review conversations, one-on-one meetings, AI assistance, and SSO access. Performance + Talent Intelligence adds calibration, succession and talent mobility, skills intelligence, unified talent profiles, individual development plans, and AI inference. Enterprise is a custom offering with additional program design and change management services. Betterworks is available on web, Android, iOS, and through an API.
