Listed integrations include ADP, Asana, BambooHR, Google Sheets, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Workday, and Zoom; SSO connections include ADFS, Google OAuth 2, Okta, OneLogin, and PingOne. The company says some AI functionality can be turned off for organizations with relevant policies. Performance costs $8 per user/month, and Performance + Talent Intelligence costs $9 per user/month. Talentguide
Talentguide is a workforce skills platform for turning information about people and roles into skills intelligence for talent decisions. Its shared taxonomy links jobs, people, teams, projects and learning, so organizations can use consistent skills data across profiles and planning. The platform can identify and organize skills from uploaded documents, URLs, connected tools and a predefined job library. Profiles show people’s current skills and levels, map job requirements and courses to skills, and connect competencies to source evidence; low-confidence data is marked rather than treated as certain. Talentguide supports skills-gap analysis, workforce planning, development plans and skills-based remuneration decisions. AI proposes extracted skills, proficiency levels and development options, with people retaining control. Integrations with HRIS, workforce planning tools and LMS systems can send taxonomy data back to those tools. The free Sandbox is capped at five seats; Essentials and Plus are listed for 50 seats and up. Essentials is €5/user/mo and Plus is €7.50/user/mo, excluding VAT.
