Betterworks is an HR platform connecting employee goals, feedback, skills, and talent intelligence. Its Performance plan includes goals and OKRs, feedback, review conversations, one-on-one meetings, AI assistance, and SSO access. Performance + Talent Intelligence adds calibration, succession and talent mobility, skills intelligence, unified talent profiles, individual development plans, and AI inference. Enterprise is a custom offering with additional program design and change management services. Betterworks is available on web, Android, iOS, and through an API. Listed integrations include ADP, Asana, BambooHR, Google Sheets, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Workday, and Zoom; SSO connections include ADFS, Google OAuth 2, Okta, OneLogin, and PingOne.
