In their own words
Bidara
Bidara is a web application for preparing responses to requests for proposals. Its AI learns from a company’s past proposals and documents, then generates response text. Uploaded RFP files are analyzed into organized requirements, with support for PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, HTML and Markdown. Teams can edit sections manually or with AI, assign sections to teammates and export a completed proposal in one click. Bidara says generated claims trace to uploaded material and are reviewed by the customer before export. Stored data uses AES-256 encryption, while transfers use TLS encryption. Customer content is kept separate between workspaces and is not used for general AI training, according to Bidara. The service describes itself as GDPR ready and CCPA compliant. Starter costs $299/mo when billed annually and supports three team members; Growth costs $599 annually and supports ten. A five-day trial permits one proposal without a credit card.
