BidDock
BidDock is a web-based buyout management platform for general contractors handling bid packages, subcontractor responses, bid comparisons and scope awards. Teams can send invitations and follow email opens, clicks and responses in real time. A secure, shareable plan room gives subcontractors access to drawings from invitations; they can confirm intent to bid or decline through an email link without creating an account or signing in.
Bid comparisons place submissions side by side in a scope matrix to surface exclusions, items assigned to others and scope gaps. A buyout log tracks awarded scopes, subcontract amounts and savings across projects, and subcontractor directories can be imported from Excel or CSV. AI tools cover bid extraction, plan analysis, scope summaries, pre-construction RFI generation and plan-room search. BidDock says it uses enterprise-grade encryption, row-level security and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with data accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
