BidManager
BidManager is a web-based tender-response platform that uses AI to draft, review, and score answers. Its drafting draws on customer evidence and approved content, which teams can organize in a reusable response library. The platform scores drafts against published evaluation criteria, identifies missing or weak evidence, and flags scoring and compliance risks. It checks mandatory requirements and pass/fail gates before submission. Teams can assign answers, monitor review status, and approve responses collaboratively. The homepage lists version control and a full audit trail. BidManager is offered through cloud and on-premises deployment options. The maker says tender data is not used for public model training, documents are encrypted, and there is no cross-client data exposure; it describes the platform as EU data-aligned.
