In their own words
BidPlan
BidPlan is a web-based AI platform for enterprise bid teams working with tender documents. It extracts questions, deadlines, evaluation criteria, word counts, mandatory requirements, and submission instructions, then supports qualification, planning, response writing, review, and submission preparation. Its bid/no-bid report covers strategic fit, compliance risk, commercial viability, delivery confidence, and capacity. A live compliance matrix maps each buyer requirement to an owner, response, evidence source, and status. The shared workspace coordinates tasks, review gates, clarifications, risks, actions, and approvals. An evidence library stores approved case studies, policies, certifications, CVs, social-value content, previous responses, and reusable proof points. Response Studio drafts, improves, and scores answers using approved evidence and buyer requirements. BidPlan says people review every response and AI does not submit without human approval. Bid data has role-based access; sensitive documents are encrypted in storage and transfer. Audit history and approval workflows support decisions through final sign-off. Pricing is available on request.
Conveyor
Conveyor is a knowledge management product for teams working with information across documents, apps, and the web. Its library connects existing sources, then uses an AI agent to audit, sync, and maintain knowledge. Named sources include Confluence, Google Drive, websites, and help centers. The Knowledge Librarian flags stale or conflicting answers and identifies knowledge gaps; Knowledge Explorer lets teams test AI responses in real time and inspect the source for each answer. Conveyor says answers include confidence scores and direct evidence links.
The broader platform is described as automating customer security reviews and RFP workflows. Its listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Front, and a public API. Conveyor says its AI Connector uses OAuth role-based access controls, scoped keys, and an audit trail. The Free plan offers 10 Trust Center credits per month but excludes questionnaire automation and integrations. Business starts at $9,600 a year; Enterprise pricing is custom and includes dedicated Conveyor Support.
