BigPanda states that data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher and sensitive data at rest uses AES-256. It reports annual independent SOC 2 audits and AI security assessments with red-team testing, plus zero data retention when generative AI vendors are used. Pricing is on request through value-based tiered credit plans starting at 20,000 credits, with a one- to three-year commitment.
