Plutio combines client and project management, billing and workflows in one business platform for freelancers, agencies and small teams. Its tools cover projects, tasks, time tracking, invoices, proposals, contracts, scheduling, forms, files and client portals. Plutio Pal can take actions in a workspace, with monthly AI credits ranging from 800 on Core to 10,000 on Max. Listed integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Square, Google Calendar, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive and Dropbox, plus Zapier and Make. Integrations are included in every plan, although third-party services may charge their own fees. Each plan has a seven-day full-access trial without a credit card. Afterward, a limited free account retains existing data but cannot create projects or send invoices. Monthly plans are Core at 19.00 USD, Pro at 49.00 USD and Max at 199.00 USD. Core allows nine active clients; Pro has unlimited active clients and 30 contributors, while Max has unlimited active clients and contributors. Plutio offers iPhone, iPad and Android apps, native Mac and Windows apps, and unlimited API access on all three plans.
