Billtrust
Billtrust brings invoicing, payments, credit, collections, and cash application together in an accounts receivable platform for B2B companies. It describes its target customers as businesses with $10M+ in revenue and mid-to-high invoice volumes, including organizations in manufacturing, distribution, business services, healthcare, and transportation. Invoices can be delivered by email, print, mail, or more than 260 AP portals without portal logins. Payment tools accept major methods, and Billtrust says they can reduce card processing costs by up to 30%. Credit features monitor portfolio risk and automate decisions; Agentic Credit Lines analyzes more than 80 data points. Agentic AI prioritizes delinquent accounts and automates inbox management and call documentation. For cash application, confidence-based machine learning matches payments to invoices, with reported straight-through processing above 95%. Billtrust describes the platform as ERP-agnostic and lists connections to ERP systems, AP portals, banks, financial institutions, and eCommerce tools. Its MCP Server links live AR data to Anthropic’s Claude and Microsoft Copilot for plain-language queries. The paid platform is available on web and API; pricing is on request.
