In their own words

Binadox

Binadox combines cloud cost management, FinOps, and SaaS management to help businesses track technology spending. It monitors SaaS renewals and financial metrics, collects invoices, and sends renewal notices. License analytics show usage across teams and individual users to inform allocation, while automatic discovery can identify unauthorized SaaS applications through a browser extension, desktop agent, proxy, or OAuth integration. The platform also lists license reclamation, usage analytics, and access workflows. Binadox provides integration guides for services including ClickUp, Basecamp, Sentry, Monday.com, LastPass, Notion, Linear, Pipedrive, Harvest, and Calendly. Its main platform is cloud-based and requires no installation on customer systems, though some integrations need a separate account or API key. The optional desktop agent supports Linux, macOS, and Windows and needs elevated permissions to read browser history for all machine users; database access is read-only. Starter costs $99 a month, with Professional at $299 a month and Premium at $499 a month. The 7-day trial limits connections to three SaaS applications and one cloud provider.
