In their own words
Bind
Bind is a web contract management and e-signature platform for creating, sending, signing, storing and tracking agreements. Its AI drafts contracts from plain-English descriptions, asks guided questions when information is missing, then reviews drafts for enforceability, ambiguity and potential disputes. The review can make up to two automatic revision cycles. Bind also provides plain-English summaries, red-flag detection, and lists of obligations and deadlines. It says it can fill contracts using verified profile information and place signature, date and initial fields. Signer verification uses Stripe Identity and supports government ID, Social Security Number and live selfie checks. Listed safeguards include per-document PINs, optional Face ID or Touch ID, timestamped logs with IP tracking, and tamper-evident audit trails. The free plan allows identity verification, signing and viewing completed contracts, but not sending or generating them. Paid plans start at $25 a month. Bind says its AI is not legal advice and recommends attorney input for high-stakes or complex matters.
