Birdeye
Birdeye is an AI review management platform for multi-location brands. It gathers ratings and reviews from Google, Facebook, and more than 200 industry review sites, then tracks ratings, review counts, and responses over time. Businesses can request reviews by email and SMS, including targeted requests to customers likely to respond. AI can draft replies in a brand voice and either publish them automatically or hold them for approval. The platform also reads review text, photos, and past visits, creates branded graphics, and shares reviews on social and web channels. Teams can compare locations with competitors and track visibility on Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. Multiple agents route issues and work to address underlying causes of negative reviews. Birdeye also includes listings, social, messaging, appointments, surveys, insights, reporting, and ticketing tools. The mobile app supports customer conversations, review requests and responses, social publishing, notifications, and payments. It is included with a Birdeye subscription at no additional charge. Pricing is available on request, based on location count and deployment.
Cohiva Campaign
Cohiva Campaign coordinates marketing work through a shared calendar, kanban boards, approval workflows, and compliance scanning. The calendar brings campaigns and activities together; boards show work that is in progress, waiting, or done. Multi-stage approvals allow designated people to sign off before campaigns ship. Before launch, an AI scan checks campaign material against the customer's own checklist to help teams catch issues earlier. Brand standards are kept central so outlets and agencies can produce consistent work across locations. The product is aimed at marketing, brand, and compliance teams in regulated or multi-location operations, including franchises and agencies. Franchisees can run local marketing within guardrails using the calendar, approvals, and scanning. Campaign shares one identity, data layer, and control plane with the Cohiva suite. It runs on the web, has a free trial, and costs $149 a month. Cohiva says the compliance gate does not guarantee a regulatory outcome; final responsibility remains with the marketer.
