Overview

OnePe Kiosk System is restaurant self-ordering software for restaurants and food court outlets. It suits operators who want customers to customize and pay for orders before tickets reach the kitchen. Its main trade-off is plan capacity: the free tier allows only 10 menu items, while daily order and staff caps shape the lower paid options.

Key features

Menu and ordering

Customers can select dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, browse menu categories, and modify items with add-ons or ingredient changes. That combination is useful for menus with configurable dishes, but a 10-item cap makes the free plan more suitable for a small test menu than a full restaurant offering. Staff can manage menu organization, banners, offers, and featured items through a dashboard, and customize kiosk colors, fonts, and layouts.

Payments and kitchen handoff

Payment options include UPI, cards, contactless NFC, and cash. After payment, the kiosk displays a token and sends the ticket to a kitchen display system or printer. OnePe says orders can flow into existing POS and kitchen display systems, with integrations including Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Swiggy API, Zomato API, Cashfree, Stripe, and thermal printers. This joins ordering to kitchen operations without limiting the flow to a single payment provider.

Access and continuity

The kiosk supports English, Hindi, and regional languages, with large text and high-contrast modes that can help accommodate different customers. OnePe says it offers 24/7 kiosk monitoring and support, and that essential functions can continue in offline mode. It also says transactions are PCI-DSS compliant, data transmission is encrypted with 256-bit encryption, and customer payment data is not stored on the kiosk.

Pricing

The Free Plan costs 0.00 INR per free, billed Pay Monthly, and allows 10 menu items. It provides a way to start without a subscription, but that menu ceiling limits its usefulness for a broad restaurant menu.

Starter Plan costs 199.00 INR per month, billed Pay Monthly, and includes 100 menu items, 100 orders per day, and 5 staff. It fits a smaller operation that can stay within those order and staffing limits. Growth Plan is 499.00 INR per month, billed Pay Monthly, for 500 menu items, unlimited orders, and 20 staff; it removes the daily order cap, though larger menus or teams may outgrow its remaining limits. Pro Plan costs 999.00 INR per month, billed Pay Monthly, with unlimited menu items, orders, and staff, making it the least constrained monthly option.

Annual options retain the same stated menu, order, and staff limits: Starter Plan (annual) costs 1999.00 INR per year, Growth Plan (annual) costs 4999.00 INR per year, and Pro Plan (annual) costs 9999.00 INR per year, each billed Pay Annually. These suit operators ready to commit for a year; compare the annual price with the corresponding monthly plan before choosing a billing term. OnePe advertises a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and cancellation anytime.

Platforms

OnePe says the software works on Android tablets, iOS devices, web browsers, touchscreen kiosks, and devices a restaurant already owns. That flexibility can help avoid requiring dedicated kiosk hardware, although the kiosk platform designation is Android. The listed platforms are Android, iOS, and web.

Who it's for

OnePe is aimed at restaurants and food court outlets that want customers to place and customize orders, pay, and have tickets routed into kitchen workflows. It is a stronger fit for operators who need integrated POS or kitchen handoff and can match a plan's menu, daily order, and staff allowance. Businesses with large menus or high order volume should look beyond the free and Starter tiers; Pro removes those listed caps.

Pros and cons

Pros: Covers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery with item modifiers, several payment methods, and ticket routing to a KDS or printer, connecting customer ordering to kitchen work.
Pros: Dashboard controls for menu organization, promotions, and kiosk appearance give restaurants ways to tailor the ordering experience.
Pros: Language choices, large text, high contrast, offline essential functions, and stated 24/7 support address accessibility and operational continuity.
Cons: The free plan's 10-menu-item cap is too small for many full restaurant menus.
Cons: Starter limits orders to 100 per day and staff to five; Growth raises staff to 20 but only Pro removes the listed menu, order, and staff limits.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison of Restaurant Self-Ordering Kiosk Software, compare OnePe with other options in the category. Choose SelfX if its freemium offering, wider platform range, or Smart Growth plan's up to three POS terminals plus KDS better matches your setup. Consider Sapaad if you want a paid restaurant platform with Android, iOS, web, and API support, and its Essentials plan's single-outlet scope and up to 10,000 customers suit your operation.

CodeOrder Kiosk is another paid option with a free trial and a Starter plan that includes one site, up to two locations, online orders, delivery zones, product add-ons, and tipping. Choose Lightspeed Restaurant if its customizable POS, menu manager, floor plans, advanced insights, offline mode, and 24/7 support are a closer fit. RestioX may suit a small operation that can work within its free Trial Package limits of 100 dishes, 10 categories, 100 delivery orders per month, two staff, one branch, and 100 MB storage.

MyKiosk is an alternative for readers considering a paid web and Windows option. INFI ORDER may suit operators seeking a platform that combines kiosk, online ordering, loyalty, kitchen, website, and marketing. Petpooja is another paid option, with plans whose features and pricing vary by region.

Verdict

OnePe is a sensible choice for restaurants and food court outlets that want customizable self-ordering, multiple payment options, and a direct kitchen handoff across devices they may already own. Its plan ladder makes limits clear enough to match menu, order volume, and staffing needs, but the free tier's 10-item ceiling and Starter's daily order cap rule them out for many busy venues. Look elsewhere if your operation needs a different platform range or a broader restaurant system than kiosk ordering and its integrations.
