BlackCurve
BlackCurve is pricing software for retailers that need to monitor competitors and make pricing decisions. Its Tracker edition gathers competitor prices from Google Shopping every day throughout the year and presents insights in dashboards and reports. New products can be matched automatically to competitor products, while users can add Google Shopping pages as alternative matches. Reports are available as dashboards or spreadsheets, on demand or on a schedule. For automated pricing, the Shopify app supports dynamic rules with safeguards and lets retailers schedule price updates. The Commander edition can use sales history, stock levels, and marketing performance as pricing inputs. Integrations include BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and other listed services; data can also move through a RESTful API, dedicated integrations, or SFTP. Team, Professional, and Enterprise plans are listed at £199 a year, £699 a year, and £1,300 a year, respectively. Monthly billing is available by contacting BlackCurve. The 30-day trial provides the full Enterprise plan, but new customers must purchase setup services.
Bubo.AI
Bubo.AI analyzes transaction data with AI to produce pricing and customer-retention insights. Bubo.Price recommends price adjustments based on product and customer behavior, while Bubo.Retain identifies customers showing early signs of disengagement or reduced purchasing, potentially up to 12 weeks in advance. Teams can view recommendations in a dashboard or export raw data for their own systems. Bubo.AI says it works alongside existing ERP systems and returns outputs in an integration-ready format without requiring ERP changes, though supported automations vary by ERP. For heavy-duty truck parts businesses, it names Karmak and Procede’s Excede DMS. Each customer’s model is built and trained only on that customer’s data, according to the company. Its free, no-obligation Profit Check typically uses 12 months of transaction history; a Pilot expands analysis to three years and can focus on selected branches, product groups or customer segments before a production rollout. The service is web-based, paid and priced on request. Bubo.AI describes guided implementation, training and personalized support, and reports ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications achieved in 2020.
