In their own words

Blessing Skin

Blessing Skin is an open-source PHP service for hosting Minecraft skins. Users can choose skins and capes for characters and make them visible to other players in Minecraft. One registered account can contain multiple players. The service also offers a skin library where users can browse, like and share skins, and works with skin mods such as CustomSkinLoader to display selected skins and capes in game. Blessing Skin is self-hosted: the maker provides server archives through GitHub Releases and an installation guide for deploying it on a web server. The guide lists Nginx, Apache and Caddy as supported; IIS is unsupported. PHP 8.1.0 or later is required, but stable version 6.0.2 does not support PHP 8.2.0 or later. Setup requires generating an app key to encrypt sessions. AuthMe integration is available through a plugin from Plugins Market. Uploaded textures are stored in the application's storage/textures directory with hashed filenames and no extension. The online previewer does not currently support Elytra. The free plan is listed as free forever, with no ads or subscription fees.

MC Toolbox Skin Library

MC Toolbox Skin Library is a free web library for browsing Minecraft skins, viewing them in 3D, downloading their original PNG textures, and editing them in a browser. The library page shows 1–24 of 55 skins, with category filters, search, and three pagination buttons. Listed skins include Classic 4px and Slim 3px arm models, with examples in 64×64, 128×128, and 64×32 dimensions. The editor supports painting in 3D or on a UV map, base and overlay layers, face-aware mirroring, brush, eraser, fill and eyedropper tools, undo and redo, and static, walk, and run previews. The site says editing, importing, autosave, and PNG export happen on the user's device without uploading skins to its server. Public Java Edition username lookups do not require sign-in, but the profile service does not offer Bedrock gamertag lookup. MC Toolbox describes the project as an independent fan-made effort, unaffiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Its privacy policy notes that hosting, analytics, security, and advertising providers may process online identifiers and usage data.
