In their own words
Blessing Skin
Blessing Skin is an open-source PHP service for hosting Minecraft skins. Users can choose skins and capes for characters and make them visible to other players in Minecraft. One registered account can contain multiple players. The service also offers a skin library where users can browse, like and share skins, and works with skin mods such as CustomSkinLoader to display selected skins and capes in game. Blessing Skin is self-hosted: the maker provides server archives through GitHub Releases and an installation guide for deploying it on a web server. The guide lists Nginx, Apache and Caddy as supported; IIS is unsupported. PHP 8.1.0 or later is required, but stable version 6.0.2 does not support PHP 8.2.0 or later. Setup requires generating an app key to encrypt sessions. AuthMe integration is available through a plugin from Plugins Market. Uploaded textures are stored in the application's storage/textures directory with hashed filenames and no extension. The online previewer does not currently support Elytra. The free plan is listed as free forever, with no ads or subscription fees.

MCSkinCraft is a free web community for creating, sharing, browsing, and equipping Minecraft skins. Its browser editor supports drawing, filling, erasing, color picking, real-time 3D previews, and PNG export or publishing. It handles classic 64×64 and HD 128×128 skins, including Steve wide and Alex slim models. An image-to-skin tool maps PNG, JPG, or GIF files onto a character, while a flipper swaps the front and back and mirrors arms and legs in classic and slim formats. The pose maker can arrange up to eight 3D characters and export transparent PNG renders up to 4K without an account or watermark. A thumbnail maker creates 1280×720 PNGs and likewise offers exports without an account or watermark; a chibi tool turns skins into big-headed pixel characters. Published skins have download and share pages, and users can save skins to an account, though downloading does not require one. The free plan has no payment, subscription, or trial limit. MCSkinCraft says it is not an official Minecraft product and is not affiliated with Mojang.
