In their own words
BlinkOps
BlinkOps is a web and API agentic security operations platform for automating triage, remediation, and related workflows. It ingests alerts from SIEM, EDR, cloud, identity, and email tools, investigates them, and returns cases with evidence, severity assessments, and recommended actions. Coverage includes SOC, cloud security, identity and access management, GRC, vulnerability management, email and phishing, endpoint, incident response, and ITSM. BlinkOps advertises more than 500 pre-built agent templates and more than 30,000 integrations, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Splunk, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Sentinel. Native integrations provide no-code workflow actions, while a Blink REST API is documented. Customers define agent scope and guardrails and choose which actions run autonomously or require approval; the maker says every step is logged with reasoning and evidence. A self-hosted option is listed. BlinkOps says prompts and responses sent to its model infrastructure are not retained, customer data is not used to train models, and workspace traffic to AI services uses TLS 1.3. It states that SOC 2 Type II covers Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, and lists GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001. Pricing is usage-based and on request.
OpenSOAR
OpenSOAR is an open-source platform for automating security alert handling with Python playbooks. It accepts alerts through webhooks, Elasticsearch polling, and syslog, then can normalize their data, extract indicators of compromise, and remove duplicates. Playbooks are asynchronous Python functions that teams can test, version, and run with standard Python packages. The execution engine supports parallel actions, timeouts, retries, and exponential backoff. For incident work, OpenSOAR can create and link cases, assign them, add comments and observables to timelines, and surface correlation suggestions. Listed integrations include Elastic Security, VirusTotal, AbuseIPDB, Slack, and Email; a Python SDK can be extended. AI options include Claude, OpenAI, and Ollama for tasks such as summarization, triage recommendations, playbook generation, and correlation. The maker says local Ollama can keep AI triage data within the network. OpenSOAR is self-hosted, with Docker Compose deployment documented, and is available on the web and through an API. The free plan is free, with no feature gates or per-action billing. The homepage labels the product beta.
