WebTitan Cloud is a hosted DNS filtering service that checks DNS requests against policies to allow or block URLs. It filters web content and threats including malware, ransomware, viruses and phishing. Administrators can create user or group policies, choose 53 website categories plus 10 customizable categories, and maintain allow or block lists. Cloud Keys create time- or date-controlled exceptions. Reports cover requests by category, domain and IP, allowed and blocked activity, trends and security events, with scheduling and export options. Azure AD or LDAP integration can report activity by user or group. School options include YouTube for Schools and Chromebook filtering supporting CIPA compliance. The service supports Windows, macOS, Chromebooks and DNS or network environments, with API-based remote management.
