WellSky Human Services is a configurable cloud-based system for state programs handling protective services and related workflows. It links public complaint intake, screening, investigations, case management, care planning and reporting. The APS Web Intake Form accepts complaints from the public, while staff can enter them manually or import existing data. Complaints route to screeners, and investigative milestones are generated from complaint type, state requirements and agency standards. Case tools support multiple case types with assessments, diagnoses, care plans and notes. The APS solution includes more than 40 standard reports and captures required National Adult Maltreatment Reporting System data. Critical Incident Management supports incident reporting, investigation, mitigation, provider compliance, corrective action plans, sanctions and appeals; it can assign severity, calculate timelines and schedule milestones.
