BloomKidz is nursery management software for handling enrollment, attendance, billing, lesson planning and communication with families. Staff can use native iOS and Android apps; parents can access information through a secure web link without an app. Communication tools include instant updates, photos, daily diaries, progress reports and two-way messaging. The platform also supports digital observations, learning journeys and development reports. Billing covers invoices, fees, online payments, payment portals and automated funding calculations. AI attendance tracking provides smart check-ins that learn nursery patterns. Nurseries can manage unlimited rooms, groups and sites under one account, with permissions that limit what site managers see. Data is stored on UK-based servers and encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3. BloomKidz states it is GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified and ICO registered. Paid monthly plans start at £24.99 per month for 1–30 children, and the 30-day trial can be cancelled without fees or lock-in. All features are free through 31 December 2026 under the listed offer.

ChildPlus is a management system for Head Start and other early childhood programs, covering program data, operations, and compliance. Its ERSEA tools track eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance, with customizable selection points and attendance reporting. For Program Information Reports, it records data, calculates figures, and creates submission-ready files. Staff can message families in both directions and document partnership agreements, goals, progress, and referrals.

Reporting includes more than 200 pre-built reports, customizable reports, real-time dashboards, and a Module Designer for custom tracking. The Desired Results Developmental Profile can be added to record observations and track developmental measures for children from birth to age five; DRDP integration and CLASS scoring data tracking are also listed. ChildPlus is available on Android, iOS, web, and Windows. Online access uses Safari or Google Chrome, while the desktop version lists Windows 10 Professional or Windows 11 as minimum supported systems. Pricing for ChildPlus is on request. An Essential Learning Plan is listed at $3,500 a year, with 12-month access to over 120 hours of courses and recorded webinars.
