Blue Ridge Supply Chain Intelligence
Blue Ridge Supply Chain Intelligence is cloud-based planning software for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers. Its modules cover demand planning, replenishment, multi-echelon inventory, integrated business planning, supply planning, and connected planning. Adaptive machine learning creates probabilistic forecasts by product and location, breaking demand into factors such as trend, seasonality, price, promotions, and external signals. The platform supports demand sensing, scenario planning, hierarchical forecasting, and SKU-by-location granularity. Blue Ridge says it connects with more than 40 ERP systems, including NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, and Target Data, as well as Databricks and Snowflake. Its ERP Connector offers mapping, APIs, and pipeline connectors with automated bidirectional synchronization and error monitoring. The company says customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated, and not used to train shared models or inform other customers’ experiences. Most customers, it says, go live within 90 days. Pricing is by quote; each subscription includes dedicated practitioner support, performance monitoring, and monthly strategic sessions.
Decion Demand Planning
Decion Demand Planning is the web-based demand-planning component of ToolsGroup’s supply chain decision intelligence platform. It monitors operations, evaluates risk, recommends corrective actions, and helps steer decisions toward business targets. Forecasting combines probabilistic methods, machine learning, and real-time demand sensing to represent uncertainty in inventory, service, and supply decisions. Planners can use collaborative planning, demand sensing, demand shaping, scenario planning, multi-location and multi-echelon optimization, safety-stock optimization, service-level targets, and replenishment recommendations. Inventory-aware demand shaping applies pricing and promotions to influence demand. Automation handles repetitive planning workflows so teams can concentrate on exceptions. Connectors and APIs link SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP and WMS systems. Decion is delivered as SaaS through cloud providers and hyperscalers, with web access, encryption, backups, audit logs, federated SSO, MFA, and stated ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, and GDPR coverage.
