SKYSITE
SKYSITE provides cloud document management and distribution for construction projects and business operations. Its Projects product supports document sharing and markups, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists. Document changes sync across team devices, while advanced search and OCR-assisted drawing navigation help users locate project information. The service is geared toward general contractors, designers, and builder/owners. Archives adds OCR-enabled search, custom indexing, document retention timelines, and digital form management. iOS and Android apps provide mobile access, including offline access to archived documents. An Outlook add-in can sync and archive project email, and SKYSITE links to separate API resources for Projects and Archives. Full-access collaborative seats in Projects are paid, while read-only users are free. Projects plans start at $19 a month, billed per month, with unlimited storage and sheets; Enterprise requires at least 10 users. SKYSITE states that it uses TLS 1.2 for data in transit and 256-bit AES for stored data.
