Bold Reports
Bold Reports is a reporting platform for creating, managing, embedding, and distributing paginated reports. It supports RDL and RDLC natively, including reuse of existing SSRS reports. Its tools include a web Report Designer, Viewer, Writer, and Server for authoring, viewing, exporting, and managing reports. The platform lists 27 built-in data connectors and access to more than 250 additional systems through CData. Reports can be scheduled hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, then delivered by email, file location, FTP or SFTP, or Amazon S3. Listed export formats include PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, PowerPoint, CSV, and XML. SDKs support embedding in JavaScript, Angular, React, Blazor, and ASP.NET Core. Deployment options include web, API, Linux, Windows, and self-hosted environments. Security features include role and site permissions, per-site data isolation, encrypted stored credentials, and TLS 1.2 or later. The maker identifies SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 and says the platform supports GDPR and HIPAA requirements. Pricing is by custom quote, with a 30-day trial and no free plan.
ezzyScorecard
ezzyScorecard is a web-based cloud tool for implementing and monitoring a business or nonprofit organisation’s Balanced Scorecard. Users can rename or add perspectives, set weightings and define objectives; linked objectives update a strategy map. The product displays perspectives, objectives and metrics in a color-coded scorecard, alongside a pictorial map of objective relationships. Its Workbench supports alternate dashboard reports, metric comments, red flags, trend analysis, multigraphs, saved report templates and downloadable presentations. Initiatives can be prioritized, assigned timelines and strategic alignment, and connected to perspectives, objectives, metrics and accountability. Users can drill into metrics and examine trends at process and actual levels. Each business is limited to 8 perspectives, 4 objectives per perspective and 6 metrics per objective. Plans allow unlimited user access. Business costs A$75 a month for 3 businesses, Corporate A$120 a month for 6, and Consultant A$150 a month for 10 businesses per pack. A 30-day trial is listed, as is a free six-month Professor subscription for students. The maker says the product focuses on implementation and control, not strategy development or interpreting outcomes and developing corrective action.
