In their own words

Bonjoro

Bonjoro lets teams send personalized welcome, thank-you, and customer check-in videos, and offers a separate product for collecting video and text testimonials. Testimonials can be published through website embeds or shared by social media and email. Video workflows can start from native CRM integrations, Zapier, Make, or CSV contact uploads. The video tools support one-to-one and one-to-many messages, custom templates, calls to action, and embedded apps. Its integrations page lists more than 1,000 tools, including GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Intercom, Kit, Keap, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Patreon, Thinkific, Shopify, and Zapier. Bonjoro is available on web, Android, iOS, and as an extension. The video messaging free plan includes up to 50 videos according to its comparison section, although a top-level card says unlimited videos. Video messaging Starter is $15 per month with annual pricing, and Starter, Pro, and Grrrowth offer a 14-day trial. The company says it provides live chat and responds to support email inquiries within 24 hours.
