In their own words

Bookerville

Bookerville is vacation-rental software for managing properties and bookings, with tools for both guest reservations and property operations. Managers can offer online booking or use a request workflow in which they review and approve reservations. A master calendar, property cloning, multi-property search, housekeeping tools, work orders, and reports support day-to-day management. Payment options listed include Authorize.net and Lynnbrook Group merchant accounts, PayPal, checks, and bank wires. Channel management is available through ChannelConnector, Rentals United, BookingPal, and iCal calendar synchronization. An API can access and modify property, rate, availability, booking, payment, and review data with an access token; its endpoints use HTTPS and TLS 1.2. The software runs on web, Android, and iOS, with guest and housekeeping mobile apps. Pricing starts at $66.55 a month for one property or unit, and a 30-day trial is available without a credit card. The maker says it can manage portfolios from one to thousands of properties.

Its Channel Manager synchronizes rates, reservations and availability in real time across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, FeWo-direkt and Abritel. Individual owners have a host version, while property managers and agencies can use the web version for more than 10 and up to 1,000 rentals. Basic and Professional plans have 0% booking fees. DiBooq runs on Android, iOS and the web, and is available in seven languages. Pricing starts at €20/mo (annual), and a 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
