Twizzlo is web-based booking and appointment scheduling software for appointment-based service businesses. Clients use a public page to see live availability, book around the clock, and reschedule within business rules. Profiles can store visit history, notes, preferences, contact details, allergies, and total spend. The system includes staff schedules, role-based access, multi-location shifts, and centralized insights, with unlimited staff and locations on both plans. Stripe supports online payments and tips, while staff can record manual payments; online payments add the merchant’s Stripe rate plus a 1.5% Twizzlo fee. Both plans send email confirmations and reminders. Free costs $0 per month with up to 150 bookings. Business Pro costs $29.99 per month per business, removes the booking cap, and includes 50 SMS messages monthly, then $0.03 each.
