Boon
Boon is a web-based referral hiring platform that helps companies bring candidates in through employee and external networks. Its AI recommendation engine suggests candidates for jobs based on their experience, while the platform handles referral tracking, communications, and rewards. Companies can set rewards such as cash, gift cards, experiences, or custom badges, with options tailored to a role, team, or job. Referrers can share candidates through login-free instant links, a referral widget, job listings, or social sharing. Boon lists more than 50 integrations across ATS, HRIS, payroll, SSO, and communications, including Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and Microsoft Teams; it also describes data sync for hiring systems without a direct integration. Challenges, badges, leaderboards, standard reports, and support for multiple accounts with separate settings extend the platform. Pricing is provided by quote, with flexible terms and no required annual contract. A 30-day trial includes standard features, but requires a payment method and renews into the quoted plan unless canceled at least 48 hours before it ends.
