In their own words
Boostcamp
Boostcamp is a workout tracker and program app for Android and iOS, with a library of more than 11,000 workout programs. Its 130+ coach-designed and community programs can be filtered by experience level, goal, and days per week. Workout logs record sets, reps, weights, RPE, and RIR, with rest timers and a plate calculator. The app tracks personal records and estimated one-rep-max curves, and adjusts working weights based on performance. Users can create unlimited programs manually for free, build multi-week plans, or fork existing ones. Pro adds a Strength Score based on five lifts, a weekly per-muscle volume heatmap, personalized programs, advanced exercise analytics, and 20+ exclusive coach programs. Boostcamp Free costs nothing; Pro Annual is $4.99 a year, billed $59.99 yearly and shown as $4.99/mo, with a 7-day trial. Pro Monthly is $14.99 a month, with no trial. Loaded programs work offline, and sessions sync when internet returns.
Garmin Connect
Garmin Connect tracks and analyzes health and fitness activities from Garmin devices through a smartphone app and website. Activity details may include time, distance, laps, elevation, pace or speed, heart rate, and route maps for GPS-tracked sessions. Depending on device capabilities, it can also display steps, stress, sleep, and other health or performance information. Training plans cover runners, cyclists, strength trainers, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts. Users can create courses and custom workouts, and download courses to compatible devices. Optional connections include MyFitnessPal, Strava, and TrainingPeaks; those services may interpret activity data differently from Garmin Connect. Activity data is private by default, and users can adjust who can see it. Garmin says it does not sell personal data and shares activity data with third parties only when directed by the user. Most app and website features will be limited or unavailable if users do not upload personal data to Garmin. The free plan retains existing features and data. Connect+ costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, with features varying by device.
